Mrs. Dara Flowers Burke brings over seventeen years of executive experience in operations, governance, and strategic leadership within the Cayman Islands’ private sector. As a director at the Flowers Group of companies, one of the Islands’ largest and most diversified family-owned conglomerates, she oversees operations across multiple subsidiaries.
Mrs. Flowers Burke leads a workforce of over 150 aviation professionals, managing ground handling and provision of aviation security services. She is recognized for her hands-on management style, commitment to team development, and focus on operational excellence and compliance.
Mrs. Flowers Burke holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Cum Laude) from the University of Southern California, a Graduate Diploma in Law (with honours) from BPP College, London, and multiple professional certifications in aviation security and human resources management.
Beyond her corporate role, she has a longstanding record of public service and civic engagement, having served as a Commission Member on the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, a Director on the Electricity Regulatory Authority, and a Board Member of the Cayman Turtle Farm. She continues to volunteer as the Marketing Manager for the Flowers Sea Swim charity event and is a Notary Public.
