At an appearance in Grand Court today Mariel Maleno Suriel (a 33 year old Dominican female from George Town) pled guilty to four counts of Conspiracy to Commit Fraud on the Government, contrary to s.11(1)(a) and s.52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2014 Revision).
The charges relate to the provision of assistance to pass the English Language Test and arranging the payment of a reward for the provision of such assistance.
