The following persons were charged, on 12 March 2018, for offences which occurred between April 2015 and January 2017, by Investigators from the Anti-Corruption Commission in relation to an ongoing investigation:
Castro Castillo, Santo – 45 year old Dominican male from the Spotts Newlands Area charged with: 1. Eleven counts of Conspiracy to Commit Fraud on the Government, contrary to s.11(1)(a) and s.52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2014 Revision); and 2. Three counts of Conspiracy to Commit Breach of Trust, contrary to s.13 and s.52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2014 Revision)...
